Bliss

When I shoot film, I often times just venture off from the people I am with and find what I think is beautiful. This summer I was at Moonshine Beach, MO and I was siting with my family, watching my little sister play in the water. I told my family I would be right back, and I took my camera and just walked along the beach. My goal was to capture the pure joy and togetherness of the people at the beach. I never intended to put a deep, conceptual meaning to these photos because honestly it just is not that deep. All I wanted my audience my see is the peacefulness and bliss of that day at the beach.
